Custom software for Energetiq EQ-99
Your light source controlled from the test software, even when it sits in another room or next to the vacuum chamber.
The EQ-99 is usually far from the computer running the test, and a long USB cable is not a good idea in a lab.
For the PLATO test bench we developed its full driver and put it on the network through a small computer next to the source. That makes it possible, for example, to:
- switch it on and off from the test software, as part of the test;
- wait for it to stabilise before starting to measure;
- switch it off automatically if the test stops;
- keep track of lamp hours.
